Dear forum,

I am very much agreed to what Mallika Jalan has suggested. But as of now in here

(Manipur) response is not in big scale and always needs for Doctor is very very

high. To mention few from Govt, we find few Physician from one particular

hospital and it doesn't match the needs.

Few NGOs in here responded somehow due to the needs, started establishing free

clinic services,home based care etc.NGOs are working together with physicians

who are very commited in these feild for some years like my Organisation.

What we need at the moment is more physicians in the scene who had adequate

knowledge,but I don't think that anybody can train physician to have more

commitment.

My apprehension is if physician started creating same problem again than what?
