Joyce and Gretchen,

Wonderful to see the translation from French from you two. This is

amazing. I know I don't say this enough, but I certainly appreciate

all the work that goes into making the best place for current

CMT information. I only wish that when I was a child, computers and

the Internet had been around. Even though I have X and family members

before me had X, the versatility of CMT information spread via this

email group continues to enlighten me on all sorts of issues.

I am still very interested in Vitamin C - I have been taking 10,000

mg for 3 months now, and my number one symptom helped is the

fatigue/endurance issue. I am now able to play volleyball longer and

more often, besides work - have more energy for both - also notice

the endurance issue is better at the gym where I have added more

resistance. My fellow volleyball players (neighbors) have also

commented my game seems " better " . I had no idea I was so lousy, but

besides having fun with it I feel more " a part of " team " and I think

that psychological factor helps my physical being also. I realize the

Vitamin C studies are for Type 1A, but I can testify that " C " does

help me and I have Type X.

Regards to all,
