No crowd pullers for World AIDS Day !?

Dear Moderator,

Only the other day I was talking to an ex CM of Gujarat. I was discussing with

him about my plan to observe the World AIDS Day on Dec 1 and how we could make

it an event of public interest. He suggested that I could invite Health

Minister for that purpose.

With a smile I informed him that I have been observing the AIDS Day since 1997

and every year both the Health as well as the Education Ministers usually attend

the event.

Being an intelligent person he got my point and asked 'So they are no crowd

puller?'
