Guest guest Posted November 11, 2004 Report Share Posted November 11, 2004 Bob, I have done different kinds of Yoga for 15 years - before that I was a swimmer. I have never had much of a peroneal muscle, but it seems other muscles have compensated and been built up. When I swam I used a special type of short fins to give my legs a better workout and kick. I have also just signed up to take a 7 am Tai Chi class again; my husband takes care of Meagan so I can have that hour for me and to tone up more. As I said before, I also walk in my area.
