Guest guest
my neurologist says very low dose B6 is okay but he prefers I use it when my hands are hurting worse, usually in the winter months. This really helps me a lot and since the doctor says it is okay I take the B6. Cathleen in Arkansas
Guest guest
, I used to take the multi vitamin from GNC which had some B6 but I stoped after I learned that B6 is bad for us. I had been told that the B6 we take from food is enough for us..no more. I understand your concern. Spy

Start with low dose. It requires magnesium for proper absorption. It tends to increase yeast. For some kids, especially those with phenol issues, it can cause major problems, including wild hyper etc. Start it in the morning, in case that happens with your child.
