Guest guest
Just got back from the Neurodevelopmental Center with my daughter. The Physiatrist and neurologist both suggested serial casting from my daughter to lengthen her heel cords. She is rather rapidly loosing range of motion in her feet. They are getting tighter and tighter and she is only two. They also suggested heel cord lengthening, but I want to stay away from surgery as long as possible. Has anyone tried this type of thing? Did it work? Or would it be easier on her to just do the heel cord legthening and get it over with? Mandy
