Guest guest
Hi Robin- I wear New Balance shoes also. Never had a pair I didn't like. My current ones are 348's. I also suggest shopping in person. My orthotics fit better in some than others, and some cut into my ankle bones, so trying on is the best bet. Congrats on the gift--great gift. Also, I was wondering if folks have had experience with over fatiguing muscles and having worse CMT symptoms from that? On Tues, I walked/ran with my daughter on her paper route that normally take 1 hour plus, and we did it in 45 minutes so she could get to drama practice, and my shin muscles, and muscles on top of my feet are so sore, but the worst thing is my foot drop is horrible these last two days. I can't keep my feet from slapping down. They just don't work like they normally do. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it resolved once the muscles were no longer sore? This is very disconcerting. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. Guest guest
, Thank you for the advice. I will put it on my list when I try on the shoes. Gee I hope your muscles return to normal. Perhaps with some rest they will. I wonder if taking extra vitamin C with bioflavonoids might help some. I've just been reading that bioflavonoids are used extensively in the treatment of athletic injuries. They reduce pain in the legs or across the back. Hopefully, this might help.
