Guest guest
When I was still working I took a group of children to the zoo. I had to be back at the bus before them. When I realized what time it was, I had to walk from the back to the front. I tryed to wave down one the employees in a golf cart. Didn't work. By the time I got to the bus, the kids and parents were on. My legs were so numb that I could not feel myself taking the steps one at a time. The doctor told me they were in the fatigue stage. I believe it. It took a few days of staying off of them before they were better. After that I never walked the zoo again. It scared me half to death and thank goodness I had a couple of parents who didnt make it back to the bus for another half hour. Because if they were on time, I wouldn't of been able to drive. Guest guest
, When I used to push myself, I had the overworked muscles. I learned early on I couldn't push things because my muscles couldn't take the overwork. This is what PACING is very important to learn. With significant rest, and I guess because I was young, I didn't have symptoms get worse and muscles were rested from deep, restorative sleep.
