Guest guest
Dear ers, Thanks to , we now have the ORIGINAL 6 page Ascorbic Acid/Vitamin C French research paper from last April in our Files. It is in pdf format - may take some time to download depending on your connection. When I received the original paper from Dr. Fontes, I neglected to save it, so that's why it wasn't there to begin with. But now those of you who wanted to read it or take it to your doctors, can do so. Thanks too, Rick, for the uploading. Gretchen
Guest guest
GG, Tried to pull up www..org to find this but could not. Is this correct web site address or is it .com? Thanks. Carl **** No, Carl, the Original Vitamin C Study is in our files here at http://hope.info So, get to that home for . On the left screen, look for FILES. Click on that. Then look for ASCORBIC ACID (Vitamin C) FOLDER. (Aall files are alphabetical) Then click on that Ascorbic Acid folder to open it. You will see quite a few documents. The original document that has just been added is the last one. It is a pdf file and you will need Adobe Acrobat to be able to read it. If you don't have Acrobat, best to download that first, before you do anything. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Thanks, Gretchen. I found it and it's very interesting. Seems like four grams is a lot to take every day and might cause a problem. I take 1000 mg. of powered vitamin C a day now. The study also talks about only CMT 1A at this time. And, I have CMT 2. On another subject, have not had anyone respond to my question about fatigue. Is fatigue common with CMT sufferers. I usually get very tired around mid-afternoon and take a short nap when possible. Re: Exercise. I began doing strength training 2 1/2 months ago and seems to be feeling better and stronger. I do frequently feel a little tired upon awakening in the morning. I believe that you said you are very active. Wonder if you use AFOs? Thanks again for info and . I find it informative and encouraging.
