Guest guest
. These are words to live by. " If it's not broken then don't fix it " . It doesn't sound like you would need to even consider surgery at this point. Take it day by day, year by year. Nothing needs to be done now, your boys seem to be doing fine with CMT. Guest guest
Thank you for the welcome! Right now my oldest son is in AFOs. And is getting along great with them now that we have gotten them adjusted. There has been no talk about surgery as of yet..we are waiting for the genetic DNA testing so they can tell us exactly which category of CMT he has and his younger brother. Right now they tell me Josh (our 6 yr old) that there is really nothing to do for him at this point. So I have a list of a million questions to ask at our next appointment. I think I was still in shell shock and all the questions came to me on the drive home!
