Guest guest
How important is it to know which type of CMT that you have? How do they determine which type? I think of this often because I have 4 children. Ages 18, 16, 14 and 7. I know that knowing could mean just a simple blood test to see if they also have CMT. So far none of them have had any kind of early symptoms. But, I had only a slight few before my DX at 24. ( clumsy and a few legs cramps, it is thought my symptoms developed enough to be DX'ed because of a course of flagyl.. was in january and dx'ed in june) Any thoughts?? Thanks, Jan
