Guest guest
Guys, I've done some martial arts and the instructor I had was great. We worked a lot on balance and maintaining movement, unfortunately he moved. I think I'd sweat off a gallon during ine of those classes. With the limits I have on my time (and cash) I've mainly focused on doing someting to build my cardio edurance. Now,I do an exercise bike at home as my regular exercise since it doesn't stress my lower legs as much as walking, although I although I find nothing really takes the place of walking. I usually use a cane or hiking stick, more for the balance than the support when I go to take a walk. I try to take a decent walk once or twice a week mainly to maintain what I am able to do.
