Hi to all of you,

I really like this group and learn alot from it. I don't write to often, but I

have a few questions if someone could give me some info it would be appreciated.

What is a good excerise to strengthen my left leg, foot, to help

with balance. I have the drop foot on the left side and I feel like

this foot and leg are loosing its strength. I do bike ride a few

times a week and go walking a few times a week also. Should I do

more or something different?

And fatigue, does Vitiman C help with this? I haven't tried 10,000

mgs of Vit C yet. Should I get doctor approval for this or is it

something you just take? Thank You for all of your help.
