Welcome Dayla and thanks for introducing yourself. Under the

Americans with Disabilities Act, persons cannot " loose " their jobs

due to physical limitations. Look into it. This is discrimination.

Your son may wish to be re-trained and re-educated for another type

of job. Take a look at our Career List. Our members put this together

a year or so ago for anyone who is interested.
