Guest guest
Hi Dar! I'm into genealogy, sort of, but I know that our Mueller family isn't very big in the US. It's unlikely we'd be connected other than going way back to Germany. That being said, if you have any McKinnon in you, we're most certainly related!!! We've moved around a lot, and people always ask me if I'm related to so-and-so. I should start saying yes just to see if it gets me a better price/deal/job whatever. Ha! I'm off to try to catch up with my group emails. (As you can tell by my untimely reply, I'm way behind!) Does anyone make some sort of eye cream that they put into the lip balm push up tubes? I'm going to try coming up with something like that this weekend. Lovey Mushy Things, --------------------------------- Use Photomail to share photos without annoying attachments. Guest guest
Hi , Did you mean to send this to someone else? I am not a Mueller. My last name is Brown. I have seen a blemish stick in a lip balm tube so I don't see why you can't do an eye stick. Make sure to put enough beeswax in it to keep it in solid form but not so much that it feels like chap stick. Shea Butter and Cocobutter would be great in this product. Do you have enough lip balm tubes? I have an extra hundred if you need them. Lee C Brown Ph.D, D.Pharm. www.fantastibath.com Re: was Hi Marcia - Re: New to group intro now genealogy Hi Dar! Guest guest
Thanks for the offer, Lee! I have about 40 tubes, so I should be okay. I actually never did get to the eye-stick. I made plain old soap instead. Well, not just plain old - it has lots of great oils in it. I wanted to make something, but I was too cranky to focus on developing a new recipe. Perhaps I will do it some night this week. I want to put some silk and collagen proteins in it, as well as shea and cocoa butters. The problem lies in figuring out what ingredients I have on hand would work well in an eye cream or stick. My SIL has volunteered to be my guinea pig. I intended to reply to a list email that was all about introductions. Did I not copy enough of the previous email? Sorry. I must have been too hasty with cleaning up my post! Lovey Mushy Things, M. Guest guest
Hi Marcia, I'm in Ithaca right now - at the end of the month we're closing on a house in Freeville. We moved up here from State College, PA. It's been an adventure! I can't wait to get all my stuff out of storage and start creating things again!
