A heart murmur and mitral valse prolapse are different. For some really good

fever, I developed a murmer. That was in 1977. Had great care and followup for

years.

When I had my pre-op physical for back surgery in 2003, the examining doctor

found NO signs of a heart murmer. It was gone:) (I had also forgotten that I

had it - I just had the information in my medical file and the doctor was

checking).
