Jackie,

I had a few other thoughts when I was over at the gym (seems I think

best in water!) When you ask about vitamins and all, you might ask

about the use of Creatine and ALA, considering your need for help

with fatigue. Sometimes if body creatine is low, supplmentation can

help with fatigue. For that matter, electrolyte levels, and some

other things can affect fatigue. (A blood test can tell this)
