Dear ers,

I asked Dr. Greg about the use of Botox for CMT to reduce muscle spasms

and this is his response: " BoTox paralyses muscles so I don't like to use it

in CMT or any of my NMD (neuromuscular disorder) patients. They already have

partially paralyzed muscles so why add to the problem!! I treat this with heat

and stretching and maybe some gentle muscle relaxants (like cannabis!
