Guest guest
Elaina, I'm disabled and I'm on SSD and Workers Compensation you should see the doctors they send you to they are about 100 years old and look at you for 5 minutes if that and tell you your fine. Workers comp sent me to an independent chiropractor and he said nothing was wrong with me said I could play football and even laughed when he was writing his report for the Workers comp hearing when I was in the room he never even showed up at the hearing and they gave him 2 chances so his info was not used guess he couldn't lie under oath. Then at my SSD hearing they had one of their 100 yr old doc's in the room and when I told him the Soma I was taking made me drowsy he said after taking it as long as I have it shouldn't do that. the judge even told him off. So sometimes you get good doctors and other time you don't. I have a great orthopedic I've been seeing for 8 years and a chiropractor I've been seeing for over 7 years. Guest guest
Tommy, Your doctor experiences sound exactly like what my mother has been through. It was so hard for her to get comp and SSD. They wouldn't give it to her saying she could work part time if she wanted to. She worked so hard in factories for years trying to show these doctors that she was in such pain that she just couldn't do it. Finally, they gave in and gave her comp and SSD. She is now waiting to here if they will approve her for her second back surgery, in the hopes that some pain will go away. I truly understand and feel for you. Good luck. Elaine.
