definitive test for Type 2

Out of the 25 or so types of CMT Type 2 that have been genetically mapped, very

few have a definitive test for CMT (and by this I mean a DNA blood test) So far

the most definitive test for CMT is the result of the EMG/NCV test - although

some with CMT have " normal " results even with that which is also indicative for

CMT, but does not always result in a clear cut diagnosis.
