My 18 month old not walking independently

Hello,

I am Sandeep Vaid from New Delhi, India. I am male and have CMT

leading to weakness of muscles of my limbs Last year I was blessed

with a baby boy - .

He is now 18 months old. He has still not started walking

independently. He crawls and creep all over the house and also walks

with support but does not take steps independently. Is that a sure

indication that he has CMT too?

Will like know from the community here about there experiences...
