Guest guest
My hands go numb when I sleep too, but mostly when I sleep with them under the pillow or bent and above my head. If I try to sleep with them straight down, this doesn't happen as much; I was told it doesn't happen as much w/ them straight because of circulation - blood flow is not as restricted. Also - I know several people WITHOUT CMT who have this same problem because of their circulation being restricted to the hands by sleeping on them or w/ them above the head/under the pillow. I do have some hand weakness and not a lot of muscle in my hand but I don't think I have carpal tunnel yet. Peace, Marti
