AIDS SOCIETY of INDIA (ASI)

1st National Conference of AIDS Society of India (ASICON 2005)

As the concerned people already know that the 1st National Conference of AIDS

Society of India (ASICON 2005) is scheduled to be held at Hotel Ashok in New

Delhi from April 2-4, 2005.

World-renowned faculty in HIV medicine and researchers from around the globe and

India will share the state-of-the-art knowledge, their insights, experience and

vision both in plenary and interactive sessions that will be useful in enhancing

our capacity to offer quality care to HIV infected individuals in India.

On popular demand the Conference Organising Committee has decided to extend the

deadline for Abstracts Submssion, Scholarship application and Early Bird

Registration to 17th March 2005.

Abstracts: Abstracts are invited in Clinical and Biomedical field of HIV/AIDS

using the format: Background and Objectives; Methodology; Results and

Conclusions. Participants are encouraged to submit Abstracts online, however a

hard copy must follow. Revised Last date for Abstract Submission: March 17,

2005.

Registration Fees: Early Bird Rs. 2500 (India, Nepal and Bhutan);

For ASI Life members are eligible to get 20% Discount

Post-Graduate Students: Rs. 1500/- (for first 100 only)

Registrations are limited to 1000 delegates only, on first come first served

basis.

REVISED IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

- Registration (Early Bird): March 17, 2005

- Abstract submission: March 17, 2005

- Scholarship applications: March 17, 2005

Special Request: As this is the first conference of ASI and the time at our

disposal is limited, ASICON 2005 Organising Committee requests all the concerned
