schools and CMT kids/teens

Hello Bob,

First of all yes I did go to the public school system. It was very rough

being called Mentally Retarded by the teachers since I had a learning

disability.

Secondly I am a well rounded educated person who knows exactly what she is

doing---the best for my children. As any well educated should know " the

parents are their children's first teachers and they know their children better

than anyone " .

Yes we are going to live and thrive in the real world as you stated.

However, do you realize that the students have approximately 30 minutes total of

social time in school whereas outside of the " government run school " they have

much more.

Let's take an example ok we have teen kids at a local teen center and the dance

is oh lets say two hours. None of that time is interrupted they are being

social.

So Bob how many kids have you raised in the school system vs.

Homeschooling?

Do you realize my son( I left to the system to do their part) is in fourth

grade and has not learned the months of the year, thinks October is in the

spring? So there you have it Bob, he is going to suceed wonderfully don't you

think if they keep sliding him on through.

I have given the school chance after chance to teach him the skills necessary

and they have failed my son. He can not add, nor can he multiply, nor can he

read well.

So tell me how much one on one do you suppose he is getting in the classroom?

Nada! The teacher does not have the time she has 15 other students! So I allowed

the system to do their job and now I have to undo the damage that they have

caused I need to start him off fresh from Kindergarten and work on the way up

through.

My lesson from the system don't trust them they do not know our children

best nor can they teach them to the potential and grade level.

Basketball ok. Well to tell you the truth anyone here can join including

the public school kids along with the homeschoolers. So you failed that test

Bob! You are a work of art--I bet you don't even have kids. That is the best

kind. Why don't you email the CMT list and stand up like a man and email the

whole CMT list plus on top of that no one can respond to your " private email "

talk about weak.

Yes and my two year old is above average in social skills. So beat it Bob, you

have not a clue what " the real world is about " until you have raised 5

children or for that matter at least more than one.

Try fighting the system and see where you are at then. Thanks but no thanks I

don't need you or anyone else to tell me how to teach my kids I will do a much

better job than any government.
