I know my motor skills are not like they used to be, actually they

are bad. I started to do some knitting and crocheting these days and

found out that I use muscles in my hands that I normally don't use,

and I feel like I'm excersising my hands while I'm crocheting,and I

do think they got better. I also think the Vitamin C is helping me.

I strugle to open jars, but I open them.

Thank you Gretchen for all the info and the positive ways you are

showing us. YOu are so right, I don't fight CMT, I accepted it long

time ago, I live with it and I dont let it run my life either.
