Guest guest
Hi Making liquid soap thicker is as easy as cooking. Just put the liquid soap in a stock pot and heat with med high heat, on the stove top, to the boiling point, [stir frequently so will not stick to pot], and when it reaches boiling point, turn heat to medium or lower so it maintains a " slow boil " , and " cook " it until enough water has evaporated through steam so that it is thicker. When it is thick and gel like, it should roll of a stainless steel large spoon in a " sheet " [like making jelly]. To test for thickness, take out a few tablespoons and place in a small glass bowl and set in the freezer for a few min to cool. If the consistency is thick like jelly, then it is thick enough, so remove the pot from the stove, aand bottle the gel. hth, Sherry Natural Care E-books, booklets, spreadsheets www.herbalsoap-healingcreams.com
