Hands go numb when I sleep

Hi everyone,

My hands go numb only when I sleep. It wakes me often. As soon as I

move around it goes away then eventually happens again. I noticed

however that if I sleep with my arms extended (arms staight not bent)

it does not happen. Does this happen to anyone else? Also does anyone

know how arm position could affect this.
