This is the recipe I used

2 c. Distilled Water

3 T. of Witch Hazel

3 cc of FO to 2 oz of the above mixture

3 cc of Polysorbate 20 to 2 oz. of the above mixture

The recipe says to let it sit 12 hours but it's very cloudy. Is this normal? Or

is there a better recipe?
