Guest guest
So I had my second osteopath appointment yesterday, this time he did prolotherapy in and around my knees. (Last time he treated my arch and did trigger point injections in my hip.) Wow, my knees felt funny walking out of there! They feel a bit sore today, but not as bad as I feared. I only really feel them when I bend down. The real test though will be tomorrow when I do some leg exercises in the pool. He says next appointment he will focus on my pelvis to help strengthen areas weakened by my rotated hips, and double-check my knees. So I'm crossing my fingers that treating my actual knees this time will allow me to do more repetitive bending, i.e get me back on a stationary bike. Will post how it goes, but so far I am impressed with this doctor and the results...
