I want to jump in here and say I hated school most days but hated being at

home with my Mother even more.

I was not going to win either way. Once I was older I moved in with my

sister and did independent study. I LOVED it. I did very well in it.

My son Spencer is being home schooled through our high school district. He

is on the honor roll and has earned a 2 pins and an academic letter. I never

would have had these results in regular high school.

I wish I could have done something like home school at home when I was

younger.

Heidi GO FOR IT! It sure won't hurt. If it doesn't work out they can always

go back to school.

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I believe after 12 + years of

challenging the system it is time.
