I have Type X. My twin daughters (now in their 20's) also have Type

X, but are still asymptomatic. Type X makes up about 10-15% of the

CMT " types " . I am midly affected; work full-time, volunteer in the

community, work out 4 times a week at the gym, and love to slap a

volleyball around with our neighbors on weekends. I am on my feet

alot, up and down, for work and have found both Mephisto and Ecco

shoes are great!

Gretchen has posted research on Type X many times and I know she will

keep doing so, along with other research.
