Dear Candidates,

WHARF ( Wockhardt - HMI HIV / AIDS Education & Research Foundation) is

the collaborative project of Wockhardt Ltd., a pharmaceutical giant in

India and Harvard Medical International,a not for profit subsidiary of

Harvard Medical school,Boston, USA .WHARF is working in the field of

training Primary Care Providers for HIV/ AIDS.

We are holding our next " HIV/ AIDS Basic Training Program For Primary

Care Providers " , on 05 June 2004. This is a certificate course and all

the participants on successful completion of the course will be

certified with Harvard Medical International & Wockhardt Certificates.

We are pleased to invite entries of your names for registration.

The program consists of

One full day class room training ( 9a.m. to 5:30p.m.) on Saturday, 05 June 04

and Four follow up sessions (2p.m. to 4p.m.) on 12, 19, 26 June and 03

July 04. ( All Saturdays)

One full day training will be conducted between

9a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On Saturday, 05 June 2004.

All the interested candidates are requested to enroll their names to

confirm their participation in the said program ( one day training +

four follow up sessions) by replying to this email. Your reply should

furnish following information

We will be accommodating first 35 entries.

Copy of the Schedule of one day program is attached. Details of four

follow up sessions will be provided on the day of the training program.

The food supplements and training material for the sessions will be

provided by WHARF.

Nominal registration fees of Rs. 300/- ( Rupees Three Hundred Only) are

applicable. The registered candidates will be making the payment in

cash to WHARF officials on 05 June 04. The candidates will report at

the said venue at 8:30a.m. on 05 June 04 for the proceedings.
