Concerned about the Manipur SACS letter to NGOs: Need NACO intervention

Dear Moderator and the forum,

As an activist I go from place to place, meet with people, share issue with

different people. Surprisingly, I come to know and read a notice from Manipur

State AIDS Control Socieity (MSACS) to NGOs about " not to take funds from two

different agencies " . As I further reviewed the letter, I found out that it

doesn't talk about duplicating services but not to take funding from others if

the NGOs got support from MSACS. And this has a dateline on 15th December.

We didn't hear anything or any action by MSACS after the dateline. But this is

really rediculious and should be condemn by one and all.

While grassroot people or so call target population are praying for more

supports from anywhere this so call officials of MSACS are targetting NGOs who

are doing something for these so call target groups. Here I would like to call

upon NACO to intervene this good for nothing official policy of Manipur
