Deedee,Your first email was rather rude to those who initially posted the info, believing it to be true. As for what I'm scared of....... not birdmites; they can run all over me & never bite me. I care about my mother & some other dear people I have got to know while trying to help my mother. I suppose I am maybe more sensitive than necessary to those who might be hurt by unsympathetic cover. As I said I have no television & have not had one for most of my adult life. As for others....of course, they must do whatever they want.

So many of these programmes are sensationalist

They dont give a shit about answers or helping the people suffering the problem

Often these programmes are not for the benefit if the suffererers but for the

cosy people snuggled up safe in their houses ...without the problem!

So the mite free can say..

I think what Krys means by saying the program might hurt rather than help (correct me Krys if I'm wrong), is that it might portray those of us infested as " crazies. "

I highly doubt you would get ANY helpful info from a t.v. show. In fact, this group has the most helpful up to date info you can find...since we're all experiencing it.

In fact, from reading all of the emails, we could probably put out a better show than anyone.

We are here to help...not hurt.

I thought the show would give some validation to the problem, even if people with this problem become somewhat obsessive. The obsession comes as a result of the insidiousness... because the mites in early stages are so difficult to see, because they leave a trail of fungus and bring us bacterias and parasites. I agree. I wish I could take what you said and email that to the Animal Planet producers. We are human beings with feelings who have lost possesions, had to move, lost so many things, things displaced, etc. and are labeled as crazy b/c of what happened to us.

A friend says she scared to hug me

Fair enough but hurts!

I dont need a doctor to tell me

I will know when my body has healed!

I got told....

Thats what all the mentaly ill say!!!

I was furious

He said it was a joke

But in horid taste as my doctor freakin out at me too!:-(

Got told by my friend today I have to be positive

Im sick of people makin comments

When I still am bitten

Crawly itch

Lost home village possesions best friend cat three weeks ago

N im suposed to be mary bloody poppins!!!!

People dont have a clue!!!

Ur life gets taken away!:-(

Yes C, it is hard to be Poppins. I have heard the same comments over the last 8 months. For instance, last summer my neighbor told me " You don't have any mites in your house or car -- (I was just about suicidal at the time).

My sister-in-law said " You don't have any mites and I'm going to give you a big hug to show you that I'm not afraid. " My supervisor asked me to show her my bites -- I told her " I dont have any now. " I only had visible bites b4 I threw out the mattress and b4 I started spraying the sofa.

My mother tells me " You just need to get that out of your head. " So no one in my life anyway tries to understand except for those on this forum. I still haven't gotten used to that but I'm trying.

It realy helps to be understood by the folk on here,then we are not alone in our

suffering.

Also it so important that folk been.healed n.give excelent advice,to help others

thru.the same hell they travelled through!

Well ive started with one drop three times a day ,then two then three

Was going to go up to fifeteen a day three times a day

Would that be enough?

And should I add any other herb or alternate with another?

How long would you suggest I do this to give a try?

If doesnt help will have to go on doxycycline but would rather take herbs as

antibiotics have never agreed with me.

You can go up to 30 drops 3 x a day. The herbs actually work really well with abx like Doxy. Give it a couple months. Another really great herb is Cryptolepis, kind of hard to get sometimes, it comes from Ghana. You could also try Banderol.Do you get the sweats? Have balance or auditory symptoms- ear ringing for example. Babesia. Then Artemisinin (from artemisia annua) is a must. But when im around folk n get crawly itch

I feel disgusting!!!

N I think the bites are still mite bites so if mites on me how come they dont

afect folk close to me?

If they were mites on your body C, they will stay with you and not jump onto someone else. IF they have found a home they will stay put on you. Hi C,

Using Dettol for cleaning, spraying and even in the washing machine instead of using a conditioner,

made all the difference for me. It worked like a miracle on my mites !

True, I never transmitted my mites to anyone, not to my boyfriend, parents, best friends or colleagues !

The mites only do bite people with a pre-condition, like fungus, lime, etc.

Do u think a person could have lyme without having bird mites? My mother seems to have a lot of this thinking...it just wears me out. I thought it was b/c of the sugar, coffee and chocolate.

Yes bites particularly under nails n toenails handnails n feet tho other places

too!

Dont have a tub still,just shower unfortunately

Tho clove oil neem apple cider vinegar sulphur rinses help!
