Re: Week 40 R

R,

I am so very proud of you!!! You are really doing great. You'll

have to buy all new leathers for the motorcycle!!! Whoopie!!!!!!

Love

Hello Everyone

The list today have kept me motivated today

I'm on week 40. I have lost 30lbs and 39 1/2 "

I so agree with many we need to find what works for our bodies,

lifestyles and homes especially if you have others to cook for.

I have learned commitment and consistency is a big part.

My goal is getting in reach but also harder. I have 14 weeks to go

for my 42 lb weight loss at age 42 and to weigh 142.

Thanks for keeping me on track and motivated today was a tough day

I did a extra 20 LL to keep me on track

Having a nice cup of tea as I read everyone's email

blessings to all

R

Hi All

Ok I'm so excited this is week 35 . I have been at a stand still

for weeks . In my weigh day today I had a loss

I;m up to 27lbs weight loss and 37 "

I can wear size 12's . It feels so good

People are starting to notice and pass compliment it feels good to

keep me motivated and on the right path.

No, it's cold here in the desert also!!! I about froze yesterday!!! We have

been having 90 plus days, and then whammo!!!!

We are supposed to go on a ride toward the end of this month but for just a

day or so. We were invited on a ride over Memorial weedend for a week into

California but I don't think we are going to make that one.

How about you?

Love,

Hello Dear C,

I feel warm inside when I see a message from you on the list. I have really

missed you here.

I always smile when I think of you sitting on the back of the motorcycle doing

your LifeLift breaths.

Be Healthy and take good care,

Rashelle

Re: Still experimenting with whispering Life Lift

breathing!!!

You will love the whispering LL breath Pat. I do my breathing like that

when I am in the car traveling or on the back of the motorcycle. It's a

great way to get in your breaths. Especially when you don't have the time to

do them in the morning.

C

Hi Rashelle,

I ALWAYS feel warm inside WHENEVER I see a message from you either to me

or to one of our other Life Lift friends here on our great support group

list. Thank you for you, my dear, sweet, adorable Rashelle!

Now I am going to go back to my whispering Life Lift breathing. I have

tried to do it while I am typing, but my slight learning disabilities

get in the way. I have a great deal of trouble multitasking, which is

too bad, as being able to multitask would really help me get all my work

done so much faster. As it is now, I work like a slug. Oh, well, as

long as I eventually get everything done that I have to get done, that

is the important thing, right?

Love always,

Pat

Thank you so much. I did have a wonderful day. Two

people I love and live with went all out to give me a

special day and friends with calls visits and e-mails

gave me honor just for being here. Can't beat that

with a stick.

Hi C!

1dl is one decilitre, don´t know the convertion to other units...

Ammonia is quite cheap and most people here (at least I know some) used ammonia and Borax together in the laundry.

fighting the mites is hard and expensive, so sorry you have a hard time economically.

I am quite allright now, but still have stuffed sinuses and am so tired that I have to sleep around 10 hours a night to be able to cope with work and kids. It is probaby an infection from the mites and I am waiting for a reply from Igenix if I can make a test through them for lyme and babesia and bartonella. Aandraya has suggested it and I think it is a good idea.

Good luck and take care!

Cecilia
