I do my breathing like that when I am in the car traveling or on the back of the motorcycle. It's a great way to get in your breaths. Guest guest
Hi Rashelle, I ALWAYS feel warm inside WHENEVER I see a message from you either to me or to one of our other Life Lift friends here on our great support group list. Thank you for you, my dear, sweet, adorable Rashelle! Now I am going to go back to my whispering Life Lift breathing. I have tried to do it while I am typing, but my slight learning disabilities get in the way. I have a great deal of trouble multitasking, which is too bad, as being able to multitask would really help me get all my work done so much faster. As it is now, I work like a slug. Oh, well, as long as I eventually get everything done that I have to get done, that is the important thing, right? Love always, Pat Rashelle Haines wrote: > Hello Dear C, > > I feel warm inside when I see a message from you on the list. Guest guest
Hi C! 1dl is one decilitre, don´t know the convertion to other units... Ammonia is quite cheap and most people here (at least I know some) used ammonia and Borax together in the laundry. fighting the mites is hard and expensive, so sorry you have a hard time economically. I am quite allright now, but still have stuffed sinuses and am so tired that I have to sleep around 10 hours a night to be able to cope with work and kids. It is probaby an infection from the mites and I am waiting for a reply from Igenix if I can make a test through them for lyme and babesia and bartonella. Aandraya has suggested it and I think it is a good idea. Good luck and take care!
