concerns about bird mites in eyes

Hello everyone,The little blk bastard specks are in my eyes as well as my animals to. I wake up with dry eyes scratchy feeling in them as well as lots of sleep in them. My eyes hurt and my eyesight is having issues to. Does anyone have any info on what they can do to eyes? As well as your lungs and other orfices and the damage they can do? the real question is how do you get rid of them in these spots? I dont have any insurance/money to go to the opthomologist so now what? Thanks for any info,
