They have a product called " Buffy the Backside Slayer " . I put it in smoothies so even my kids will drink it. The very idea of fermented food grosses them out. Another good internal tonic is 1T lemon juice, 1 T Blackstrap molasses, as much cayenne pepper as you can comfortably take in about 8 oz of water. Three times a day should help clear you up. It also increases metabolism and energy. Another great benefit is it helps keep me warm during the winter.
