Guest guest
Why do some people heat their shea butter and oils and then whip, and some just whip everything together without heating anything up? Which works better? I would think it would be better to not heat something up if you don't have to because you could get it too hot. Am I correct in saying that if you heat shea butter up too hot it gets grainy when it cools? I am wanting to make my first batch of whipped butter but I am unsure of the method I should use. Any suggestions? Mara
