They are about 15 minutes each. Dr. Stasha Gominak Discusses Sleep and Vitamin D Pt. 1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7cbBB1c0IM & feature=player_embedded Dr. Stasha Gominak Discusses Sleep and Vitamin D Pt. 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1APENOUWxBQ & feature=channel Dr. Stasha Gominak Discusses Sleep and Vitamin D Pt. 3 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JUq4fphjC0 & feature=channel Dr. Stasha Gominak Discusses Sleep and Vitamin D Pt. 4 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeb3PtkCd_c & feature=channel Dr. Stasha Gominak Discusses Sleep and Vitamin D Pt. 5 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YOUybbVOoRU & feature=channel She talks how our lack of good sleep is a major factor in our inability to regain our health and how by getting our sleep patterns back to where there supposed to be we can heal our bodies. This all hinges around us getting our Vitamin D3 levels into the 60 - 80 range, as this is where we get that beneficial sleep that allows our bodies to heal, while we sleep. I never new that our sleep was this important. Our vitamin D levels fluctuate from month to month, based on sun exposure and skin type. For this reason it seems like regularly checking our Vitamin D3 levels is really important. This also suggests to me that our Vitamin D3 intake will vary. She mentions, the right test is D25OH and that medicare pays for this 4 times a year per ICD 9: 268.9. Further she advises that once you have begun supplementing check again in 2 months. She also say's that our " level " of D3 is what's important, the dose is a reflection of our current need, as our current need changes through out the year and according to our geographic location and our skin type. Video #4 at 6:25. It's the sleep that cures the disease. If you go too high with the D levels the disorder comes right back. 60 - 80 is optimal. The sleep is the most important part, see video #5 at 10:20. " Don't go above 80. 60 - 80 is perfect for sleep " . This was at 12:15 in 4th video " The right dose is the dose that allows your patients to sleep normally and wake up rested without a pill for pain or reflux... The one time dose to replete D stores is much higher than what is being tried in most clinical trials And is not the same concept as a daily dose in a patient whos level is now 60 - 80. Also for normal sleep, dosing once a week, or a month, does not appear to be the same as daily dosing. " 4th video chart at 12:40 Be well.
