Guest guest
Thanks for the advice on the nu stock Marie. I just want to try one tube so I did order. I looked for the Chinese ointment I had sent for a year ago (it really was from China) and the main ingredient is Flagyl, metronidazole - which for my case you take a Q-tip and apply the ointment onto the eyelashes every night before bed after a thorough washing of the eyes and lashes. Some people use Baby shampoo on the lashes. These Demodex mites cause a type of eye irritation that resembles a sinus infection. If you have a immune problem as I have Demodex really takes over. I don't have the hair sensations, just eyelashes.I'm on high doses of Flagyl right now from my LLMD... so hitting what I have from the inside too.This could be what is causing Aggi's tickle or movement in the scalp. I think it is possible.From: "healinghope" <mfrreman@...>bird mites Sent: Thursday, April 19, 2012 7:09:46 PMSubject: Re: Feathery & Popping SensationsKnead the nustock tube good before use, and do not ope upside down before knead, pine oil will run out> > > > > > > > > > > > From: birdluvr4evr <no_reply >> > > > > > Subject: Feathery & Popping Sensations> > > > > > bird mites > > > > > > Date: Thursday, April 19, 2012, 11:20 AM> > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Maybe I am losing my mind or I have two different things going on. Guest guest
For my lashes I soaked them with mms spray, coated eyebrows with bag balm sulfur. The nustock is potent in smell, use with caution around eyes. But the stuff is amazing. Years ago my dog was rolled by a car in the road, took his underside off, covered with nustock and was healed in a few weeks. Great for rash, itch, bites, sores. Good stuff, but powerful on smell, pine oil. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > From: birdluvr4evr <no_reply > > > > > > > > Subject: Feathery & Popping Sensations > > > > > > > bird mites > > > > > > > Date: Thursday, April 19, 2012, 11:20 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Maybe I am losing my mind or I have two different things going on. Guest guest
Now that I understand what is going on it is almost tolerable. Demodex mites really explains it. Thinking it was Bird Mites, I wondered how, as soon as I got into bed, there could be crawling on me since I had just taken an Epsom Salts bath. It is as soon as I lay down. Now I can time them like a woman in labor. Nine PM sharp they stir all over my body. I bathe and they rest for a while then a couple of hours later they start up again. Right now they are getting pretty active and I'll take another bath before I go to bed. Now that my mites and I are on a schedule I can usually get to sleep around 2-3 AM and I sleep sound with Hydroxyzine. I wake up around 9 to 10 and they are all over me but when I get up they really get active. ABSOLUTELY UNREAL. How in the world did I get these? Were these what suddenly came all over me one morning two months ago? Do they appear suddenly like that? > > > > > > > > From: birdluvr4evr <no_reply > > > > > Subject: Feathery & Popping Sensations > > > > bird mites > > > > Date: Thursday, April 19, 2012, 11:20 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Maybe I am losing my mind or I have two different things going on. Guest guest
Okay, I must confess to being confused. Sharon, were these mites getting in your nose and mouth? If so, did you see them when you blew your nose or spit? I am curious about this. As I get these mites in my mouth and nose and when I blow my nose (sorry this is gross) I usually see something black, sometimes something red and sometimes I have blood (well most of the time I have blood when I blow my nose in the morning)...and when I spit (which I have to do constantly) I see these roundish black spots and again, sometimes red things...and same thing when I floss (which usually causes my gums to bleed)...so could you share please, what you are seeing and/or feeling? Because if I had demodex mites (and yes sometimes I feel my eyelashes flutter and sometimes it even seems like an eyelash falls out cause I might see it in the sink and sometimes I even spit up an eyelash (I think). But...if they were demodex mites, then they should bother me constantly right, whether at home or away. But these only bother me at home. When I stay at a hotel, I have no problems...And I have seen bird mites. And lastly, I think someone posted about using tape to capture bird mites? Could you explain this as I need to capture some for identification. I am going to try the hot water and I am going to try ant traps, but not sure what else might work. And on a side note, it is so sad to think that having a positive Lyme test to be good news. I totally and completely understand WHY it is good news, cause just having that identified is a huge relief cause YOU absolutely know. Just wish you had no reason to have to take the test.....Hope that makes sense... Guest guest
I think it is possible to have many things going on at once, i.e., birdmites and demodex, fungal, Lyme, coinfections. This is the reason they are attracted to us and hormones may play a role too. I never saw a birdmite in the house (although I took samples of some things to the County ative Extension), but the experiences with birds and a friend who had birdmites who had me over to her house frequently with mites and who did not tell me what she was going through... there were lots of possible places where I could have picked them up. They were invisible in my house. Would have been so much simpler if we had been able to see something. Could not see a thing. Demodex cannot be seen by the naked eye. It is microscopic.From: "mitesbegone" <no_reply >bird mites Sent: Thursday, April 19, 2012 11:31:33 PMSubject: Re: Feathery & Popping SensationsOkay, I must confess to being confused. Just wish you had no reason to have to take the test.....Hope that makes sense...Best, Terry > > > > > > > > > > > > From: birdluvr4evr <no_reply > > > > > > > Subject: Feathery & Popping Sensations > > > > > > bird mites > > > > > > Date: Thursday, April 19, 2012, 11:20 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >  > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Maybe I am losing my mind or I have two different things going on. Guest guest
I think if one is sick with Lyme you do have multiple things going on, making Lyme hard to recover from. Agree big time. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > From: birdluvr4evr <no_reply > > > > > > > > Subject: Feathery & Popping Sensations > > > > > > > bird mites > > > > > > > Date: Thursday, April 19, 2012, 11:20 AM > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ÃÆ'‚Â > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Maybe I am losing my mind or I have two different things going on. Guest guest
Oh , I am so sorry that you could have picked up mites from someone's house. I have always made sure to keep everyone away. But no matter where they came from, they are horrible and we have to sustain the damage caused by them. I agree that many different things can be working at the same time.
