I take Requip for Restless Legs Syndrome, which I think is linked to this based on the timeframe when I got it. Like the medication I took before for many years, Sinemet 25/100, this one depletes calcium. It is not as bad as the Sinemet, which made my teeth almost completely translucent over time. I still crave and drink milk all the time as well as take a supplement I'll say more about below. Some time ago I reported getting what felt like a charlie horse in one of my feet, only this one time it was both feet. My knees buckled and I couldn't get up. The spasm was moving fast up my legs and I was terrified of what would happen when it got to my torso, to my heart. I thought, all my muscles are locking up, it will too, and I'll die. Thank goodness my husband was

home and nearby. I asked for water and aspirin, illogically thinking maybe it was a normal heart attack. After only a few sips of water the spasms stopped moving - they had reached my waist by then - and then began to go away. I never did take the aspirin. In just a moment I was able to stand. After I shared here, Bessie, I think it was, told me that she takes a calcium+magnesium+(I think) manganese combo to offset similar symptoms. I realized those same three ingredients are the main ones in my osteoporosis supplement, OsteoProtect, which is sold under the house brand name of a local health food conglomerate. Here again is the link Marie gave to help you figure out if you are deficient in magnesium too: http://www.lymeinfo.net/magnesium.htmlNow I keep some of my OsteoProtect caplets with me at all times, as well as some in my desk and one in a small container on my key chain. Right after this happened I upped my dosage from one to two, then three, four, and now to five caplets a day. I am letting my fingernails tell me how much is enough. With each caplet increase, I let my nails grow out fully to see the true effect of the increase. I am waiting now to see if I am going to have to increase my dosage to six daily. What does it all mean? Just that I think all of the things I just described circle right back to the original disease, which I think was bird mites. Even if you are young or not prone to osteoporosis, if you are here, have any of these Morg-related diseases, and are having trouble with charlie horses,

then I definitely recommend keeping on hand a bone supplement with these three ingredients in it.And try to stay hydrated :-)KajayPS Thanks, Marie, I am going to check out the Moringa website. And I love Larimar. Isn't it formed between volcanic rock? I looked it up after my brother, who teaches in the islands, brought me some jewelry made with it. He knows aqua and lime are my favorite colors.Moringa Dried Leaves, gram for gram, provide Vitamin A 10 times what is in carrots Vitamin C 1/2 as much as an orangeCalcium 17 times as much as

Kayjay your welcome for the post about moringa. This tree could nourish so many

simply. Larimar....perhaps I missed something? I believe this to be a stone

similar to turquoise. And yes all of us suffering from many things including

Lyme should consider magnesium. Like sulfur very low toxity if any and a

important element in the human body. Glad you got your site back up:)
