What if essential fatty acids DO prevent the formation of a mycoplasm, a living "crud," on brain cells, thus eliminating a possible cause of "brain fog" and preserving brain function?Let's do what we always do here: we are constantly testing, all of us. If any of you who are certain that you have brain fog decide to start taking gamma lineoic acid or any other essential fatty acid, would you keep us posted on whether it reduces or eliminates the brain fog over time, and how long it takes?Of course a lot of you take Omega 3 for your heart or immune system. How much of it do you take? Do you have brain fog?Seriously. If I have had

this this long with no brain fog but I do have almost every other symptom described for Morg, there has to be some reason.

Well it is an interesting theory. I like many have suffered from brain fog and

worse am beginning to have some short term memory issues. I too take Omegas as

my doctor insisted on it. Don't believe though it has helped me with brain fog.

The only thing that has helped me cognitively has been a pharma drug...yuk...but

it works. Commonly used by people with ADHD.
