First line of treatment shd be GTN .3-.6mg sublingually and oxygen.Glyceral trinitrates widen arteries that carry blood to hrt muscle and relax veins that return blood to heart.these action help oxygen to rch hrt muscle.If pain still persists after 3 doses of nizroglycerin given every 5 min then chew 300mg of asprin.Sent from Samsung Mobile

If someone knows the answer for my question please let me know:

If gland stimulated in one side what a response will be? Options are bilateral, ipsilateral, contralateral.

I think it's ipsilateral but am not sure.
