Hi,

Step occlusion with lingual hematoma is indicative of mandibular fracture, most

likely body #. Radiograph adviced would be PA or AP view.

Step Occlusion just means a step deformity in the occlusion seen in mandibular

fractures.

Kindly add or correct if required.

OPG

Oblique lateral

PA jaws

PA of involved teeth

Lower 90 occlusal

# anterior body of mandible (symphysis )

Lower 90 occlusal

Or

Lower 45 occlusal
