Hello friends i am confused with some questions of oral surgery,plz help me out..

1.Fracture cases emphysema?

2.Fracture of skull causes meningitis?

3.Man with multiple myeloma,comes 6 months after extraction and his extraction socket has not healed yet,what would be the cause?

opt-dry socket,multiple myeloma of mandible,drug induce osteonecrosis,drug induced osteosclerosis.

4.A person drinks 14 unit alchohal a week and 30 cigarettes a day has diagnosed with precancerous lesion,what would you do?

opt-excise the lesion,evaporated by laser,advice to smoke smoking,advice to stop drinking

5.Time for hand scrubing?

opt-1,2,3,4,5 min
