dental anasthesia for patient with congenital heart disease or any complication with heart or hyper blood pressure? i know it should be plain anathesia amepivacaine other name is carbocaine .

It should be Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) . In patients with AML, signs and symptoms of bone marrow failure, such as ecchymoses, night sweats, recent infections and lethargy, can accompany the gingival enlargement
