Once the soft tissue and debris are removed the tooth is filled with specially designed resin modified self cured glass misnomer filling material. Its a method used as a interim treatment modality in children with behaviour management problem. And in In remote areas of underdeveloped countries . Guest guest Posted January 31, 2012 Report Share Posted January 31, 2012 shortly known as ART..we use only hand instruments for removing the caries n use gic for restoration.it doesnt involve complicated procedures.we use ART in rural areas and in dental camps where the dental equipements/chair is not available.
