Many restored teeth in one upper quadrant.Approximal caries in upper anterior teeth.Slight horizontal bone loss in lower anteriors? Treatment scaling and root planing,anti biotics if necessary.,OHI extn of the root stumps. regenerative therapy for canines and laterals replacement of lost teeth. restoration of upper anteriors with GIC or composite. review for the periodontal condition.
