Hi guysI hope you are all doing well.The dates are announced and you are all excited about the exams!Best regards to newcomers in the group,please keep up with the rest and do specify subject while posting emails;-)I have attached Full PA,anyone want to try to describe what they see?Any staged Rx plan for this Pt? Kind regards

Hi, Localised agressive periodontitis?Gross bone loss between lateral and canines on both sides.Molars may be extd due to bone loss. Many restored teeth in one upper quadrant.Approximal caries in upper anterior teeth.Slight horizontal bone loss in lower anteriors? Treatment scaling and root planing,anti biotics if necessary.,OHI extn of the root

stumps. regenerative therapy for canines and laterals replacement of lost teeth. restoration of upper anteriors with GIC or composite. review for the periodontal condition. PLS CORRECT ME

1.Is it perio-endo lesion?difficult to see,coz they are upside down...but i gues pt has pain-extraction the most appropriate Rx2.Short post,inadequate RCT3Caries,ledges of restorations4.missing teeth5 Roots remainingRx plan accordingly Pt complains,wishes,then primary,second etcPlz correct me if i am wrong Sincerely
