It was discussed before and what i remember is supernumerary tooth is most common cause with 1-3% in premaxilla.,other causes can be congenital missing,avulsed or extractedit could be dilaceration due to trauma, ectopic position of tooth germ,infections ,pathology.this is wht i know now...any other options are most welcome From: ebtessam <ebtessamhamalawy@...> Sent: Monday, 6 February 2012 7:12 PM Subject: please help
