1. GIC.. Sjogren's patient have dry mouth - hence increased risk of caries.

2. High strength posterior GIC.. Patients with Parkinson's disease are usually

given anti-cholinergics, which causes dry mouth, hence increased risk of

caries..

Hey i have a question piz clear my doubt...in both conditions there will be dry mouth so why to give gic in sjogren syndrome and modified gic in parkinsons disease?do we give modified gic in both conditions?thanx,
